As we gear up for HOUSTON RODEO... this is just one of the celebrations.. and we get to be a part of it. Local friends and family ( okay they are the same thing.. really ) gathered at the depot. HEB supplied HOT DOGS.. because what is FESTIVAL without. Empty Glass, EverBellies, Hee -Haws were open. You could get in the thick of things.. or get a spot at a picnic table, and enjoy somelunch.
Of course, the horses were kind of the star of the show. Kids of all ages enjoyed them.. and likewise the horses enjoyed the attention.
Tomball is a town of a little over 15K.. but we are a town that means we have a GOVERNMENT, POLICE DEPARTMENT.. Chamber of Commerce.. all the things.
I always like to say we are the HIEGHTS of THE WOODLANDS... and that is pretty accurate, more than that we are just TOMBALL.. it is truly the coolest thing. We are get out of your house. Don't just pull in the garage and never come out. Support local businesses when ever possible.. know your community.. support your community.
